Terms & Conditions

Confirmation The tour must be confirmed 21 days prior to the arrival date in Pakistan/Afghanistan along with the client name list. This ensures that we can confirm the hotel reservations for the tour.
Pre-Payment

At the time of booking
30% of the total tour cost must be paid as a partial payment to cover essential arrangements including visa assistance, trekking/climbing permit processing, domestic flight bookings and hotel reservations.

Bank account details will be shared via email until an online payment link is available on our website.

For clients, it is also possible to pay 30% by bank transfer and settle the remaining balance in cash upon arrival for the tour.

Changes to the Itinerary We strive to make itineraries as accurate as possible. However, changes may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to change itinerary, carriers and hotel arrangements as necessary. In such cases, accommodations of a similar category and standard will be provided whenever possible.
Flights Subject to Weather All flights to northern areas of Pakistan and Afghanistan are subject to weather conditions. In case of flight cancellation, we will arrange road transfers. The client must pay any additional costs incurred due to such changes as a supplement.
Insurance For your protection, we recommend purchasing adequate trip cancellation, medical, baggage, accident, heli rescue (for trekking and mountaineering) and personal effects insurance.
Cancelation 30 days before arrival : 30% of the tour fee will be charged.
On or after arrival : 100% of the tour fee will be charged.
Liability   

Indus Caravan (Private) Limited (“Tour Organizer”) acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, bus companies, or other service providers offering accommodations, transportation or any other services. All coupons and tickets issued by the Tour Organizer are issued subject to any commissions and terms and conditions of the respective service provider.

The tour member agrees to the above and that the Tour Organizer or its affiliates and subsidiaries will not be liable or responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation or services or resulting, directly or indirectly, from fire, breakdowns in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil  disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, delays or cancellations of or changes in itinerary or schedules, or from any causes beyond the Tour Organizer’s control, or for any loss of damage resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visas or other documents, and that the Tour Organizer or its affiliates or subsidiaries will not be liable or responsible for, any additional expense or liability sustained or incurred by the tour members as a result of any of the foregoing causes.
