Pakistan is located at a vital point on the Silk Road, connecting the Central Asian world with the Indian world. Moenjodaro, which dates back to the Indus civilization, Taxila, where Gandhara art flourished, the Buddhist Ruins of Takht-I-Bah in Gandhara, Fort and Shalimar Gardens in Lahore from the Mughal era, Rohtas Fort, and Necropolis at Makli, Thatta, the largest medieval cemetery in the world. From Islamabad, visit the World Heritage Site of Takht-e-Bahi, a Gandhara Buddhist complex, and then proceed to Peshawar.

Visit the Peshawar Museum in the morning, which has a rich collection of Gandhara artifacts. Afternoon, visit the exotic bazaar of Peshawa and return to Islamabad.

A full-day trip from Islamabad to the World Heritage Site of Gandhara Buddhist Sites in Taxila (Sirkap Ruins, Jaulian stupa and monastery, Dharmarajika Stupa, Mohra Moradu and Taxila Museum).

Drive to Lahore. On the way, visit the Rohtas Fort, a World Heritage Site built during the Mughal Empire.

A full-day visit to the World Heritage Site of the old city of Lahore (Lahore Fort, Badshahi Mosque, Shalimar Garden, Lahore Museum, etc.). Enjoy the flag ceremony at Wagah border.

Drive to Sukkur, a town on the bank of Indus River. On the way visit Harappa, the ruins of Indus civilization.

A full-day excursion to the World Heritage Site of Mohenjo-Daro, a city and residential complex of the Indus civilization.

Drive to Karachi, the largest city in Pakistan facing the Arabian Sea. On the way visit Necropolis at Makli-Thatta, largest cemeteries in the world.
